About Fees

Note: Bear in mind that definitive acceptance to the summer school can only be valid after payment of the 200€ to cover part of attendees' accomodation expenses.

The first 35 candidates who recieve their notification of acceptance and pay this deposit will be the ones attending the summer school.

TUITION FEES

Participants from EIT Health partners do not have to pay tuition fees. Please see the list of official EIT Health partners.

ACCOMODATION & MEALS

During the intensive course of the program (July 4^th to 12^th), participants have the option of either staying at le Manoir des Lauzes (Where courses and workshops will take place) by letting ClinMed take care of logistics or of independently booking a hotel room nearby.

• Consists of a shared room with 2 single beds for 8 nights
• Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for 8 days
• Costs 460€ per person
• A single room: 580€

GRANTS

The ClinMed2019 Summer School will be awarding grants to a selected number of students. These grants can be applied only to housing and/or meal costs at the Manoir des Lauzes in Autrans, France. However a participation will be asked before the 1st of June (around 200€).

Funding is limited. Therefore, students interested in applying to the program and receiving a grant should apply as early as possible.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Participants are required to pay accomodation and/or meal costs within 10 days of receiving official confirmation of acceptance into the program via email.

The payment deadline for the first round of applicants is June 1^st, 2019.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, the participant must contact the administration before June 1^st  for a refund of 90% of the total deposit. Contact: clinmed2019@sciencesconf.org

For cancellations made after June 1^st, no refund will be issued.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation from participants' place of residence to the location of the immersive stage of the program will not be covered by ClinMed, nor will the trip from Lyon or Grenoble to their place of residence. These trips must therefore be independently arranged by the participants.

Transfers from the locations of the immersive experience to Autrans are covered for all participants. Buses returning to either Grenoble Railway station or Lyon airport will also be provided.
